When do Rust servers wipe?

All of them wipe at the force wipe, which is the first Thursday of each month at 19:00 UTC, alongside the game update. Between force wipes, each server picks its own schedule, often weekly or biweekly at a fixed hour. The heatmap shows the days and hours those wipes actually land on.

What is the difference between a map wipe and a blueprint wipe?

A map wipe wipes the world: bases, loot and everything on the map go. A blueprint wipe also clears what you have learned to craft. Most servers map-wipe on their routine and hold blueprint wipes for the force wipe, or skip them entirely. The server's own page says which it does.

What are the busiest wipe days and hours?

Wipes pile up on Thursday and the hours before it, usually in the evening for the server's region. The busiest block on the heatmap is your best bet for a fresh start with plenty of players. If you want the very start, watch the force wipe countdown and the just-wiped list.
