Trio Rust servers, live

A trio server is one where the owner has set the maximum team size to three. It is a server setting, not a Facepunch rule, so the limit holds only while the admin enforces it. Anyone caught running a fourth player usually gets kicked or wiped by the admin team.

Only if the server chooses to. Facepunch forces a map wipe on the first Thursday of each month at 19:00 UK time, which clears the map on every server. Blueprint wipes are separate and happen on the admin's own schedule. A server's page here shows its past wipes and stated schedule, so check before you commit a month.

Not necessarily. The cap of three removes the largest clans, so you will not face a ten-man raid. But the busiest trio servers pull in organised players who farm monuments all day and know every shortcut. Difficulty tends to track population and rate more than the group limit itself.

Every five minutes, from Steam's server list. A server that goes offline drops off the table at the next refresh and reappears when it comes back. The player count beside each name is the live figure at the moment the page loaded, not an average.
